All Ireland Podcast Awards: Entry Criteria

By entering the All-Ireland Podcast Awards 2025 ("Awards"), you agree to adhere to the following rules.

1. Entry Requirements

1.1. Eligibility: Podcasts must have been in existence for a minimum of a 10 episode series.

1.2. Origin: Entries must be produced and hosted in Ireland.

1.3. Submission Length: Audio submissions are limited to 15 minutes. You may combine/edit episodes for this duration.

1.4. Supporting Material: You may include a written backup of up to 500 words.

1.5. Artwork: All entries must include accompanying artwork.

1.6. Cost: Entries are free.

2. Submission Process

2.1. Submit entries via our Awards Page, following all guidelines for XXXXX

2.2. Your entry is accepted upon our written confirmation, forming a binding contract under these terms. These terms override any contradicting terms you provide, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Content Standards & Disqualification

3.1. Do not submit "Non-compliant Entries." This includes entries that are:

(i) False, misleading, or omit key information.

(ii) Contradict with our values or could harm our reputation.

(iii) Infringe third-party intellectual property, breach confidentiality, or are defamatory.

3.2. We may disqualify any Non-compliant Entry, even if an award has been given.

3.3. Our disqualification decisions are final and cannot be appealed. We are not liable for any losses from disqualification or related publicity.

3.4. If a winning entry is disqualified, we will select a new winner using the same judging process, subject to these rules.

4. Judging & Use of Materials

4.1. An independent panel of industry experts judges entries.

4.2. Judges' decisions are final; no appeals will be entered into. We reserve the right not to award a prize in a category.

4.3. Your Entry Materials (submission, backup, artwork) are not confidential unless specifically marked. You cannot mark your entire entry as confidential.

4.4. You confirm you have all rights and licenses for our use and publication of your Entry Materials, and that such use will not infringe any third-party intellectual property.

4.5. You agree that we and our affiliates may use your Entry Materials (excluding confidential parts) for Awards-related advertising, publicity, or informational purposes in any media.
